This process, is performed by our highly skilled master shoemakers (just think that more than 200 individual steps are required to make a shoe with this process) and is undoubtedly one of the most valuable footwear production techniques of Made in Italy.
It can be recognized by the insole sewn in hemming to the lining of the shoe, just as if it were a bag.
The shoe, can thus be folded with minimal effort even if only by wrapping it between thumb and forefinger.
